We left home this morning about 5:30 am and traveled 439 miles today with
on and off rain and pleasant temperatures. The new truck performed well and we
were pleased. We are in Utica, IL watching the weather as there are tornado
warnings just north west of us moving east. It does look like it will pass us
by and we are watching.
Karen and I got our
30 minute walk in between sprinkles. We were going to cook out but it started
to rain so we moved inside. It is a little breezy and did not want to put the
awning out. I have medications that need to be taken at certain hour so we are
adjusting the time taken as we travel into different time zones.
The rain stopped
after dinner and we went outside to watch the sky!
