Today was a travel day to Fort Collins, CO 271 miles. The
morning was sunny and cool and cloudy afternoon. Wouldn’t you know that every
rest area in Nebraska was closed! That was not good for us old folks but we
managed because we have the 5th wheel with facilities. Crossed into Wyoming
and the highest point on I-80, 8,640 feet then turned south into Colorado and
arrived at the KOA about 1:30 and was welcomed by several of our camping friends. We had a hotdog cookout and everyone brought a side dish for dinner then we had a welcome and introductions. No photos today, sorry.
